When I was a kid I stammered heavily. I realized soon that my tongue was unreliable and unfit to fully express my thoughts and feelings. So, I didn't talk much or at all but I still felt the need of verbal expression. Naturally, I got hooked on written language. I was fascinated by the magic of speaking through letters, so much that I was obsessed with learning as many alphabets I could get my hands on and adapting them to Italian. As I grew older I still found myself being quite silent; the obsession for alphabets has turned into an interest for languages; but the passion for writing is still there.
