IN THIS world where “reality hurts” people rush to actions that are senseless and sometimes legally invalid. We saw this in the case of the EPO and Microsoft; they like to ‘lawyer up’ their critics. Sometimes they send letters from lawyers and I’ve lost count of such utterly worthless letters.

This month it took some nerve for a law firm to send a COVID-19 ‘infection vector’ through the door (in December when we have like 122,000 cases per day), relegating it to a 3-day quarantine before being opened. This video concerns an American law firm sending a ridiculous letter for Michael Shore. We then deal with a more recent example, which is even more ridiculous than the first. █
