Two birds, one stone?
Microsoft has a proven history of suing or harassing Google (probably Apple too) by proxy [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] and the FTC has proven repeatedly that it’s in the pockets of large multinational companies, which is probably something to do with its composition of staff, just like the US DOJ which is filled with Microsoft cronies like Barnett [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] and RIAA/MPAA/BSA lawyers. █
