Amish computer — It was a surprize for me that Amish community actually understands computer security very seriously. Just imagine, airgapped system, powered by waterwheel, no ethernet, no modem. How cool is that? I think there is a potential in this. Amish community will evolve and provide a new type of computer with reduced power consumption and ultra-privacy features, something I was dreaming of.
Printed books — We should print our private chats and valuable articles on paper. This is the only thing that lasts. I can name a few examples of people really understand this.
Demoscene is alive — It is cool that in our modern times there are still some folks who write really small yet capable computer programs for fun and for competition, and then publish them far and wide. I want to be part of it. I want to keep demoscene alive. Because I know how much we actually need lightweight computer programs in the era of overcomplicated technology. Demoscene deserves your attention.
