re: Are You a Terminal Emulator Hipster? — I stopped using Gnome Terminal when I stopped using Gnome. It's a fine terminal, but it requires a ton of library packages that you don't need unless you're already running gnome. If I could add one thing to the gemtext spec, it would be a horizontal line rule (like <hr/>). You can do it manually, but you can't know how wide the reader's screen is and if you guess badly it looks weird.
