Isn't it annoying when you lose something, so you search the entire house for it and instead find every lost object and idea ever EXCEPT the one you were looking for?

If I suddenly found Atlantis in the kitchen sink, I wouldn't be surprised.

I just found my 7-foot roll-up projection screen in a pile of wood planks in the basement. Previously promised to give it to an acquaintance, and when she and her husband came to pick it up, I couldn't find it. I thought I was crazy, and must've given it to GoodWill or something. Haven't seen said acquaintance since.
