The project I've been working on has been Gemchan, a chan-like image board made for the Gemini protocol. Because "Degeneracy should exist on every protocol"
It's a somewhat simple image board, but it does work and I'm really proud of how it's turned out. There are some caveats/limitations making something like this on Gemini, but I'm really happy with where it's at right now.
At least happy enough to release it out into the world to be used. As of now threads dont expire just because I doubt many people will be using it at first, and making them expire is simply a matter of cutting off after a certain number of posts.
