Ingredients


1 lb. lean ground beef

1/2 medium yellow onion diced

1 clove garlic minced

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 (15 oz.) can French style green beans drained

1 (15 oz.) can corn drained

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

1 French onion soup mix powder packet

1/2 cup water

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

5 lbs. frozen tater tots



Instructions


Preheat oven to 375F.

Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Set aside.

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add onions to the skillet. Saute for 4-5 minutes or until onions are translucent.

Add garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.

Mix cooked beef, corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese in bowl.

Heat 1/2 cup of water and mix in French onion soup mix packet to water.

Mix that heated 1/2 cup of water with French onion soup mix powder into ground beef mixture.

Transfer ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.

Top with tater tots.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

Turn off oven, place remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top and place back in oven to melt the cheese.

Serve immediately when cheese is melted.
