Easy Crust - Pate Brisée

When you cannot find the premade one in the supermarket, this recipe makes it in 10 mins !

Ingredients

75g butter

½ glass of water

pinch of salt

150g flour

Instructions

Melt the butter in a casserole

Add the water and salt

Remove the casserole from heat

Pour all the flour in one go in the casserole and whisk energetically with a wooden spoon

The crust should start to form in the casserole

Use a rolling pin or your fingers to make it flat
