2 chicken breasts
⅔ cup brown sugar
1½ Tbsp chili powder
1 pound bacon slices (450g)
1 cup pinapple juice (240ml)
Toothpicks
Slice the chicken into 1 inch cubes (2.5 cm)
Combine the chick with pinapple juice in a zip top bag and place in the fridge for 2 hours
Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a bowl
Trisect the bacon slices
Wrap the chicken with the bacon slice and insert toothpick to maintain both in place
Drop the skewer in the bowl with the mix of chili powder and sugar
Continue for all chicken cubes
Bake 350℉ (180℃ ) for 40 mins
To prevent the toothpicks to burn in the oven, sink them in water before starting the recipe
