Bolognaise Sauce


This is only the sauce, you'll need to cook the noodles separately :)



Ingredients - 4/6 servings

400g beef

1 celery stalk

1 carrot

2 yellow onion

2 garlic cloves

1 large can of peeled tomatoes

half a beef cube, for stock

20 cl water

Herbes de provence mix (thyme, oregano, dill etc)

salt and pepper


Instructions

boil the water and put the beef cube in it to obtain beef stock

peel the carrot and dice it

dice the celery stalk

mince the onions and garlic

put the meat in a crockpot/large pot

add the diced carrot, celery, onion and garlic

cover with the content of the tomatoe can

add the beef stock and herbs

add salt and pepper to taste

put a lid on the pot and cook for 3h on low fire.
