I'm surprised that there are so many people who value physical releases of games yet very few who value physical releases of music (especially in CD form). I guess it makes a little more sense because music is a simple audio file, therefore it's not like there is any risk of music disappearing off the face of the net like a game getting removed from an e-shop. No such thing as closed-source music... Even then, I feel like there's alot to the CD experience that you lose from streaming... If you put it in a stereo or CD player, more often than not you will end up listening to the whole album at least once through rather than just streaming the hits in your playlist. You get to physically wield some (hopefully) beautiful art within your hands, maybe even get some cool notes or song lyrics if you pull out the sleeve/booklet. It feels so much more personal. It's almost like having a real present from the artists given directly to you...

Anywho, you can tell I still love my CDs alot. I started my collection in high school because I didn't have a phone and wanted a way to listen to Smashing Pumpkins while I was crying in first period, so I ended up buying a CD player I carried around (and dropped outta my hoodie pocket) all the time. I've been slowly increasing my collection since then, and now since most of my local music/electronic stores have closed, it's become a hunt. Here's where I'll be keeping track of everything and giving my takes on each new album I get. Reviews (or whatever you might call it) will be added over time.

NOTE: These are only KINDA in order of most recent acquisitions!
