Hot cocoa requires no introduction. This is a recipe that I have used for many years now. It originates from a famous chocolate making factory near where I live. Its simple and delicious!

1/3 cup hot water
Stove-top
Saucepan
Measuring cups
Wooden spoon
Whisk
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a medium saucepan; stir in water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil and stir 2 minutes...
Then add milk; stir and heat until hot. **DO NOT BOIL** Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat with whisk until foamy.

Cinnamon Cocoa: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
