some bash scripting

In order to write easily here I'm doing some bash scripts to generate an index

and create entry file. Right now it is very basic but it could evolve in the

future.

First script is `generate_index.sh` which creates `gemlog/index.gmi` with a

header file.

Second script `entry.sh` creates the entry of the day and opens vim.
