Greetings dear reader! Happy 1st March!

Today I feel like talking about UUCP (Unix To Unix Copy Protocol), I've finally started to get my head around it now! (mega yay!), and it seems like something I'd geniunely be interested in taking part in! I'm unsure whether I'd need to self-host anything, because sadly, I am unable to in my current situation *sobs*. But! That doesn't mean I can't take a look anyway! I know the Tildeverse has quite a quiet little UUCP project, and I've been pointed to #uucp on IRC by tomasino and yeti (thanks guys ;) so I think it would be best if I stuck my head in there!

In other news: I've also been looking into altcoin mining for when my situation changes as well, DOGE seems like the way to go for me, but then again, this will be in 3 or 4 years time, so maybe things may have changed by then :P Definetly something Scrypt-based would be ideal.

I'm also working on Gemizine, a zine to introduce people to Gemini as suggested on Mastodon by kelbot (thanks! ;), I *should* get that finished up soon, but I have very little actual free time at the mo so... *shrugs casually*

Anyway, bit of a short one this week! Make sure to check me out on Mastodon, Pleroma and GNU Social (listed on the about page) for more regular waffle from me! Hopefully I should get into the swing of updating this thing more often, so stay tuned blah blah blah... you know the drill...
