bphflog improvements

Finally got around to actually reading the Gemini subscription specification, which turns out to be pretty simple, assuming I read it aright. Also now with a RSS feed as integrating XML::RSS was pretty simple so I did that.

Found a small, almost calzone-sized Dutch Oven out in the garage, cleaned that, and can now bake calzone just like the big bread in the big dutch oven. Almost the right size means that the oven is a bit too small so things like "the dough sticks to the side" or "you burn your fingers trying to get the dough into the the 475F preheated iron mass without getting the dough all over the side" happen. I guess there is also Wonder Bread.
