My biggest achievement this week was to stop struggling without debug tools and deciding to ditch the buggy Arduino microcontrollers(rp2040 Connect) and Arduino as a prototyping platform as their ”clever” design choices such as using a pheripheral chip to manage Wi-Fi only exposing a limited and crippling api to the end-users is just the start of it..

Got some repair and maintenance tasks done. My wife and I installed some new shelves and got some chairs for a reading nook. Managed to decrypt some old VM images and recover some files. Got the sabi urushi applied to the pottery I'm repairing. Overall a pretty good week. · 3 months ago
