Another important thing for the eating that you might want to consider - especially since I don't know how it would all work with the types or variety of foods you eat - is the bacteria that is in your stomach and digestive system that is essential to digest food. You want to make sure you aren't messing that up. 路 2 years ago

Btw, I definitely relate to having a crazy sleep pattern. I've been trying to get on a proper sleep schedule for years, and it just doesn't work. But I'm trying again, this time while also getting more sunshine (which is both good in general, and good for my skin disease, lol). 路 2 years ago

I also kinda disagree with the breakfast part - I don't think it's a manipulation tactic used by companies at all, because if it is, then they are doing a terrible job, and many people already don't eat breakfast anyways. There is a certain amount of food you need to eat, and that's that.

I think the number of times you eat is hardly important as long as you are not overeating in general, and if you just follow what you're body is telling you (do you feel full? Wait until you feel hungry to eat). However, it has been proven that certain foods can make you hungry when you don't need to eat, so only trust your body when you've cut those foods out. 路 2 years ago

This is kinda weird, but sounds interesting. But I also think, eating the same stuff for a month could maybe damage your health. 路 2 years ago

Interesting post, although I would like to give more nuance to the food goal, since it can be taken the wrong way. Just because people tend to overeat in wealthy countries doesn't mean we should go to the opposite extreme (which humanity in general tends to do when we see something flawed in an idea, etc. - and is certainly the cause for all of the reactionary politics and philosophies). 路 2 years ago
