I'm Not Dead!

Its been over a month since I've last written anything for my gemlog. I haven't been doing nothing for the past month, but the two long(ish) posts I was working on have stalled. I'm not sure how to finish either right now, but they are still in my drafts so they may make an appearance when I am done.

In other news, my parents flew in last night only to find out when they arrived that they have COVID. We wore masks in the car and they are isolating in their room, so hopefully I will avoid catching it.

I'll write something longer – not /long/ – later this week, but I hope y'all are doing well in the interim. [Edit (2022-07-05): Clearly, the thing I was planning to post didn't make an appearance. I'm gonna refrain from making further predictions, but I am going back to pushing myself for one post a week, something that I have slipped on.]
