I've decided to create a little space for a 'film club' of sorts. I miss watching lots of movies and I miss talking about movies even more. I've always had friends who loved going to the cinema and I used to go a lot. Always with other people, and always with people who enjoyed getting a beer or coffee after and chatting a bit about the movie.

Anyway, that was in the past. Currently, and probably like a lot of people, I haven't been to the cinema in a long time. I'm going to try start watching/writing about movies more freqently. It's something I've never done before, but looking back now I wish I had some kind of record of some of movies I've seen.

My Top 100 Movies

I had no real criteria for compiling this list. I just sat down one evening a few days ago and tried my best to recall my favorite movies. It was pretty tough to get to 100 be honest! I think I came up with around 70 that first night, and then added a few more as they came to me over the next days. I'm sure I missed so many I love, but I guess this method ensures that only the movies that left the strongest impression on me made it through.
