Shitty travel poetry

travel always seems to feel right,
really; just get on a flight
feel the acceleration as you're taken up to a new height

no not as in the altitude, as in the person you become
when you step off of the jet and see new places,
when you look around and see nothing but entirely unfamiliar faces,
when you realize life's basics which you took for granted,
are all suddently so slanted.

if you don't really have a good sense of your personal things
just book a ticket and grab some wings

Written on a long flight from IAD to NRT, enroute to SGN.
