The Secret Farmer's Market

Before we moved to our new neighbourhood, we were told there was a great farmer's market in the park on Saturday mornings.

I'm glad I remembered this tip because there's almost no information about this event online. I can find a couple pages that list the approximate area and maybe even the correct time, so if you managed to get yourself in the vicinity on the right day, you'd probably see where it's actually held.

Obviously this isn't a big deal, it's just a minor example of a couple pet peeves: 1) being on the technological fringe (e.g. not on Facebook or Instagram) means you're excluded from things that only exist in the walled garden, and 2) organisations are generally bad at keeping their information up-to-date online.
