Setting: 55x, AV
I had a feeling that I would have trouble with this one, so I put together some sketches to help me find it and I'm glad I did. The center of the galaxy was a bright and consistent speck of light. AV helped expand a subtle glow around that speck of light (inner circle in the drawing). Eventually I began to see noise further out (outer circle), but not much more than a detection.
Target: NGC 1535
Const: Eridanus

Scope: AT102ED
Setting: 55x
AV not required. The glow appears to be pretty uniform and circular.
