Condition: VG6
Location: Home, Spearfish: 44.49, -103.87
Target: NGC 6781
Const: Aquila
RaDec: 19h18m +06°32
Scope: AT102ED
Setting: 70x, AV
A very dull glow, AV helps expand the size a little. Seems a bit larger than some of the last planetary nebula I've seen. The glow is fairly evenly distributed, and tapers off quickly near the edges.
Target: Collinder 399, Coathanger
Const: Vulpecula
RaDec: 19h25m +20°11
Scope: Finder-scope
Hard not to stop on my way to NGC 6802. Zooming in even 30x makes it hard to see the full image of the coat hanger. Best view is through the finder-scope.
Target: NGC 6802
Const: Vulpecula
RaDec: 19h30m +20°15
Scope: AT102ED
Setting: 70x
A bit more challenging than I thought. Took a while to get some background stars to peek through, and more often then not I could just detect noise in the area. Might have to view this again under darker skies.
Target: NGC 6826, Blinking Planetary
Const: Cygnus
RaDec: 19h44m +50°31
Scope: AT102ED
Setting: 100x
Looked like a regular star at 30x. Had to zoom in and realize that the star still appeared plump.
