Location: Terry Peak

Scoped out a new southern hemisphere viewing location . Terry Peak could be perfect, specifically the small parking lot below the first (southern) radio tower.

The recent snow created huge build-ups of ice on the ratio towers. the sun was melting the ice and every few seconds we could hear loud clanging as the ice was falling into the crossbeams and spitting apart. The clanging would end with loud 'thuds' as the broken pieces of ice would slam into the utility shacks below the towers. Very cool!

As long as there are no bright lights nearly, it could be perfect!
