my parents named me satya johnson. satya lincoln johnson actually. it's a great name but rather difficult to pronounce, so i go by satch most of the time and even my family calls me satch. it's my nickname if you will.

most people don't even pronounce satch correctly if they read it. they say satch as if it rhymes with patch, like this: / sætʃ /

people who know me, though, don't have any trouble pronouncing my nickname correctly. it rhymes with watch, like this: / sɒtʃ /

the web

i'm a newcomer to the web. i was born in 2004 and by the time i got around to purchasing domain names and creating instagram and twitter accounts, the name 'satch' was pretty much taken. I appreciate having one nickname i can use universally, everywhere, and so i chose satchlj. i haven't found any websites where i've wanted an account and found the username satchlj taken.
