- Baked oatmeal with avocado and hot dog.

Some elves took over the unit a few doors up from mine, after Madison and Donnie bugged out north the other month. I do not speak elfish, but I visited them anyways. The Olds can't catch the covid, so it's safe. We try to be neighbourly, or something.

Anyways, they were making this oatmeal and I liked it. Except for the avocado and hot dog part, I would leave that out. Plus I don't know where they even got an avocado from. I have not seen one for months.

- 3 cups quick oats

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, or up to 1 cup

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup milk, of some sort

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

- 1 ripe avocado

- 1 hot dog

Oven to 350F. Large bowl: oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Small bowl: beat eggs, milk, and margarine. Combine all. Pour into greased small baking pan. Bake 40 minutes, with chopped hot dog and avocado on top. But like I say I would leave that off.
