Routine and ritual are inexplicably important. Here is an overview of how I attempt to manage my life to maximize my health and well being.



Morning



Wake up

Drink water (and throughout the day)

Walk and feed dog

Gratitude journaling

Meditate

Exercise

Eat breakfast

Work or some other activity




Afternoon



Mobility training or yoga

Eat lunch

Work or some other activity

Nap



Evening



Eat dinner

Write down and discard into the trash any negative thoughts

Read or some other relaxing activity

Yoga

Sleep
