Most of the time I listen to vocaloid/utau music. I like Kasane Teto and Otomachi Una quite a bit. My music taste usually revolves around a rotating set of music tracks that get stuck in my head. I also have a soft spot for 80's Japanese music, although my exposure is quite limited at the moment.
A small selection of some of the music I like can be found below.
I've been a fan of vocaloid for roughly the past 5 years. I find myself drawn quite a bit to the amature nature of it. The intimate relationship between the creator and the song is something quite special I think. I also find myself drawn to the computerized lryics, I find the subtle ways that a creator can fine tune the voice set to match their own unique style really interesting. It may help a bit that I am drawn to the aesthetic a bit more then your avarage dude as well. To be a bit more generic I find the culture of NicoNico really fascinating and vocaloid is a big part of that package.(Although I'd be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy the raise in music being posted to youtube alongside NicoNico)
