updated terminal theme

Awhile ago I posted a "retroish theme" for the Midnight. It's light-on-dark, with reddish highlights and a couple text effects (mainly scanlines and some glow), and uses a console-style font (Inconsolata). Apparently it broke somehow in the meantime and made the background totally white, which is definitely not what was intended. Thanks to contrarian for letting me know.

Anyway, now that I'm back around the Midnight, it was definitely high time to update/fix it. So I have done so! See the link below, and I've left instructions at the top for how to change some aspects. If you're interested in customizing further, by all means, and feel free to drop me a line if you need a hand.
