Because that's been my Sunday afternoon project. I found a little tool called `jp2a` that turns a picture into ASCII. I was amazed to see the tool is 15 years old. It puts things in perspective, especially knowing that today the internet celebrate its 30th birthday.
Using vim in "replace" mode is a pretty good way to write sprinkle texts on an image. I hope you enjoy our new Old Fashioned page in our menu:
