Amateur Radio callsign M0YNG is operated by Christopher, in Gloucestershire, South West United Kingdom.

On HF I operate an ICOM IC-706, often portable, with some random bit of wire on a fishing rod. At home I don't currently have any permanent installation, although I do have a DMR Hotspot and easy access to the GB3CG, GB3GH, GB3RC, and GB7CC repeaters.

Recently I've been interested in APRS and Packet Radio in general, and hope to write up some of my adventures... Soon. (That was originally written in 2015.)

I'm a member of The Cheltenham Amateur Radio Association[3] (a.k.a. CARA.) In the past I've been the editor of the club newsletter, "CARA News", between 2017 and 2023, and a member of the CARA Committee from 2018 to 2022.
