Corrections:

It seems like I messed up the currency conversion in my head and underestimated the price of things like the hotel and clothes by a good margin. The hotel was probably more like $25 a night, and they are also raising their prices now that tourism is picking up. For my Afghan clothes I paid perhaps around $28. The bolani was really 15 cents, though.
