I'm working on Starfish: a GTK based Gemini client made for elementary OS. It's my first foray into Linux desktop development, so I'm learning a lot. You can read more over at a dedicated project page:

In other news, my wife and I recently moved in to our new home, and I find this a great opportunity to get into self-hosted home automation. I'm currently hoarding zigbee powered smart lights form IKEA and am planning to hook it up to Home Assistant.

Software

My OS of choice is Elementary OS 6.1 Jólnir. I love the philosophy and aesthetic of that project. It motivated me to engage in Linux desktop development in particular and OSS community more generally.
