Dear Nobody,

Request for support

I recently had to write an email to deSEC for a question. While writing, I... struggled... a bit.

You see, I have to write words that make sense. Otherwise, whoever on the other side will not get what I mean. And if they don't get what I mean, I can't get help from them.

So yeah, I wrote the email with some struggles in getting the words right, and sent it off.

The response

deSEC support came back, but this time it was from a single person instead of "somebody" (i.e. instead of support@desec, I got a reply from person@desec).

That probably helped a lot with writing an email for that specific person instead of everyone, or even no one.

This blog post

Maybe it's just me being unable to improvise on words fast enough. In fact, my typing speed (100wpm, 130wpm if you count the one I just did on monkeytype) is outrunning my word output speed while writing this blog post, not because I'm making typos (although I did), but because I can't... think fast enough?

Conclusion?

When writing to nobody, it can be difficult. When writing to somebody, it might not be as difficult as writing to nobody.
