I feel guilty for writing this since screens are bad for the environment and if we wanna go low-tech/sust-tech maybe we can’t have as many screens as we used to, but,


when I am taking a photo I am trying to create an image.

A screen lets me see a preview of that image.

I take waaaay better photos now than I did in the viewfinder days.


Using a viewfinder properly is a difficult skill. A skill I now don’t have to learn.
