I'm living with and caretaking for my grandpa in Chicago. His health declined after my grandma passed away in November 2020. He has trouble walking and doing manual tasks. He loves golf, but he can't do it anymore because of his mobility issues. It makes me sad that the only alternative for him would be to leave the house he's shared with my grandma for 46 years and go live among strangers in an assisted living tenament. He's comfortable here, and he deserves to have a comfortable life after my grandma's passing. I'm glad that there's a mutual benefit to both of us. The alternative for me would be living with my parents, which is often a toxic environment. My grandpa pays me every month, provides room and board, and I don't have to be out in public where my brain demons are constantly riled up.
Caretaking for my grandpa has a mostly predictable structure, so I've been able to get into a routine. I have time during the day to do my own thing, as long as I remain on call if my grandpa needs me in the other room. I do the grocery shopping, mow the lawn, prepare and sometimes cook meals, and various other daily household tasks. I spend the time I have during the day to work on programming and sysadmin skills.

I also enjoy video games in my free time. My top favorite is the Elder Scrolls franchise. I play only PC games, but I also use RetroPie for older console games. Below is a list of the game series' I play:
