About this project

1001 Albums Generator¹ is a website that will randomly assign you an album from the book '1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die'². I haven't read the book. Depending on how the whole experience goes, I might read the book - when I've listened my way through it, context free. There's something fun about going in to some albums with no expectations other than it met an arbitrary bar to be included in a list that someone saw fit to print.

At least it will be a way out of a musical rut.
