I was catching up on CAPCOM today and came across Paul's gemlog post about learning OSPF and BGP.
Way back in the bad old days when I was learning about networking I came across a wonderful book written about all of this by the inventor of several of the algorithms involved. I cannot stress enough how helpful this was in understanding the underlying fundamentals about how networking and network protocols work.
