week 12

planning

this week i will try to influence again things. starting with

L starting this week on friday morning. regular retro stuff. works, no need to worry.

O further boss embracing and preparation of involving another facilitator of my own team to foster reflection also in the big group. i really like them and i can imagine to stay longer. additionally will start to prepare for the time after my involvement. how do we design that? needs more time spend together to spend less in the future.

V starts right monday morning with the newly invented plantro. i like self invented scrum events. makes them owning it and i ensure that the needed actions are still happening inside it. to clarify the po role we need to inspect the current process and tune it together. i will need to help making thoughts transparent and acting for all parties.

E nerdy stuff next part. solving the puzzle and figuring out the next topic to spend valuable time together.

IT seems that the kids will get sick. so another thrill of the week is added.

monday

V started with a deliberatly redesign of their scrum events. ended directly using the new process for the planning. Devs are preparing the sprint backlog, po will review it and help with impediments. daily will happen with devs only. with notification to po, if needed.

O met E we did the retro. classic good,bad,ideas,actions. but in a comfy way that lead fluently from one phase to another. (yes, because i am able to)

okr, miro, big sur

O's environment asked me for miro support. and guessed right it was more behind that, but i noticed that too late only some minutes before i met them. so what do they need? a chance to self organize, get rid of reportings and get stuff under control. step one, make it transparent, formed it into speech.
