week 11

planning

this week i will have some remote visitors. i just realised that i failed right from the start to invite them to the stuff that i do. to the meetings i attend. or the meetings i want them to join, so i can talk with them afterwards.

ongoing is the founding of freiburg.social its bonus level difficult, because we need to meet with 7 people and only 2 and one guest from another houshold is allowed.

i am trying to have impact in different teams.

L is doing very important paperwork. few people, and lots of work. so much that offical helpers are inside the organization and some of them are a real help and some are in the need of it. so all in all, its still the same problem.

O are doing services like making calls and helping people, so they need to build knowledge and share information to be more valueable. to improve they need to be a seperated unit, not offering things the old way. so we needed to eggxit. leave is next, prosper seperatly but in alignment.

V is corona initated slipped into teamwork. a po that wasnt in that position before and is now the boss of work not being involved itself.

E are interested in reorganising their work. and also in getting lots of inspiration in any direction. so maybe i just propose mine (if i can call that a "direction").

so what are my achievements of the week?

L will run tandem work. (their equiv. to pair programming)

O boss embracing

V made it transparent, so i can directly support their wish.

E onboarding influence in favour of nerdy stuff. ended with homework to watch "code rush" and "insane in the membrane" as a riddle and will show them nomo from jwz to end the "lesson".
