Confinement drink w dates

3/4 bowl of red dates

15 pieces of black dates

50 grams of Bei Qi

50 grams of Dang Shen

100 grams of Longan Meat

20 grams of wolfberries

1 pc of ginger

Remove all the seeds from the dates

Pound ginger and wash all the ingredients

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and fill it up with water

Set the temperature to high and 2-3 hours for it to start boiling

Once it starts to boil, reduce the temperature to low and leave it for a slow

boil over 8 hours

Serve when ready
