Hello Geminauts,

It has been a few days since I have written, life has a way of keeping you busy but now that I have a few moments I figured I would throw something together for today's gemlog. Well, here I go.

Today is the first of May but the weather feels like the 20th day of winter here in the northeast. I am getting fed up with this fucking cold weather. It is NOT climate change or any of that bullshit, I think it most likely is a natural fluke. Well whatever it is I WANT IT TO GO AWAY!!

On the diet and exercise front, I am feeling far better than I was 17 days ago when I started and I am getting used to eating healthier. I am excited at the prospect of being leaner and more active. Better days ahead of me, thank the gods.
