Unusual Compliment

As stated in the previous journal entry, I decided to make a positive change to my life. I decided to change my eating habits so I removed starches and sugars and exercise more (that was 5 days ago). This morning I woke up to the rare sunny day. I had inspiration, energy so I went to take a productive walk, which I did. I get ready and when I was going heading towards the door my mother said she notices I look different, I look like I have lost some weight. Coming from my mother that was surprising. I didn't expect and it was pleasant to hear it. I said thanks and went on my way.

I notice I have a spring in my step, an energy that is present, I have more lung capacity, etc. I am beginning to feel extra confident and this is a change that is more life changing than just another fad diet. Another few days of cold but soon spring will spring and summer followed by Autumn, all chances for me to keep active.
