I was looking at the Art as The higher thing. Highest possibility. In comparison to the journalism it looked more free from the censorship and moderation, with ability to tacle the unconscious in the human being.

Making art, creating material which is making people realize stuff. I saw art does stuff that can open minds. Powerfull ha? In this positive spirit i imagined this is The tool for the subtile change in the community. The subtile change that is needed for the society to evolve.

But if this powerfull tool is used in a covert way? When the art system is being used in the similar way the mass media is abused - for diverting the focus of the population, or promotion of ill things...

This small place, the whole state has smaller population than an avarage city, is ill driven by its rulers. It are the ones who are stearing the democratic processes, the ones in power are limited - mentaly hendicaped by the capital and fearing for their existance.
