While I got an account on the Republic for gopherspace last year, I struggled with gophermaps. I don't know why; everybody says how SIMPLE they are, and yet conceptually the structure seems to disappear into a black hole in my head.

So of course I now must jump on the Gemini train; yet another 'simple' protocol that I can't seem to easily grasp. Hopefully this small post will help get me started.
