I'm typing this on my phone which seems super weird, but it's all i got at the moment.

Airline accepted the kitties without a peep. We got lucky and it was 30s and above across the board, no rain or snow. Very good weather for feb. Flights went smooth and reunited with them in anchorage no problem. They were miserable, of course. Got them over to our friend and set up in his spare room. They are much happier now.

I cannot describe how happy i was to get off the plane in anchorage. The look of the snow, the smell of the air, all the very alaskan touches. It feels like home in the best way possible. The rental car guys somehow gave us the same model of car we are looking at buying (i was supposed to get an economy sedan) so i get to test it on winter roads, perfect. People drive like adults here! Traffic is nothing! I could cry!

I'm so excited to move back.
