Woke up this morning with terrible anxiety, but the melatonin to go to sleep helped.


I promised myself I would do one thing for fun after rehearsal, so I walked to one end of the in-city light rail and took the (free) light rail back to my bus stop.


I felt like I would have a panic attack if I didn't stop moving around, but instead of doing something self-harmful (working out after a physical rehearsal) I got on a call with my best friend from high school and I feel a lot better than if I'd let myself just be antsy on my own.


I need to clean my house. I fell behind. I fall one day behind and the whole place looks like a mess.


6 days until The Event. I have no plan to survive it yet, but I have therapy on Monday to get a grip.


Started to be more open with a couple of my friends. It is immediately rewarding.
