Remember when I said there were a couple of home training exercises that I wasn't able to do? Well finally, after several practice I got it, I successfully did it. I'm happy about this because it means Iḿ becoming better at arm strength and balance, which will be useful when I go back to the boulder. In order to do it, I practiced:


TRX moves, mostly a series of easy positions that makes my body resemble the letters "I", "Y" and "T" while hanging in the ropes.

Weight lifting (6kg since I'm a beginner at this yet).

More arm focused and balance positions.


In the meantime my back hurts, sometime. So I also follow regularly a back self-care positions routine.

Not much left to say, I have to yet perform a similar but more complicated position to finish the suggested collection. But I feel really positive about it!
