The last day of my twenties

Today is the day before my 30th birthday. I will be in my twenties for ... 31 1/2 hours more, then never again. I feel like I'm supposed to feel something about my "lost youth" .... but I don't? Not really.

I struggle with feelings of depression and not being good enough. I wish I were more recognized as a writer, but that's not anyone's fault but mine -- I might need to write and submit more if I want recognition, haha. Ten years ago, I would've thought I'd be making more money ... but I still don't really know what I want to do.

This is a good space to be vulnerable and to figure that stuff out though. So I'm going to keep going, one step, one day at a time. (Cue theme music!)
